It deserves its 3 stars. Staff was amiable and the little extra touches like television with satellite channels, an individual safe and a writing table in the room was a treat. Easy walk to Tesno Govorya, where you can have lunch.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The first thing that impressed me was the reasonable prices they offer. It was a great value for money. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English, which made everything so much easier. The location of the hotel in the city center was perfect, and I loved how it was a landmark in this small city. The room I stayed in was nice and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail with the hardwood floors. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfactory and started my day off on the right note.
No issues, everything was absolutely fine.

Great location close to all the main attractions. Room was very clean and spacious enough for a couple or even a small family. The breakfast was nice with a decent selection of food. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Some parts of the room and facilities were outdated and in need of some renovation. The walls were thin and not well soundproofed, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's rest.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it the perfect base for exploring. The newly renovated building is impressive, and the well-equipped rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are excellent and very helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Not all rooms have the same size fridges, and occasionally the breakfast is not buffet-style when there are fewer guests. However, these small issues did not overshadow an overall enjoyable experience.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious layout that comfortably accommodated four people. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and visit nearby cafes, restaurants, and the opera house. Despite the minor inconveniences of some rooms having small fridges and occasional changes to breakfast, the overall experience at Aristokrat was fabulous.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased that it was located in a great area, close to local shops and restaurants. the room was also clean and the staff were polite and helpful. I enjoyed the delicious meals served at the restaurant.
My experience was somewhat soured by the terrible noise level within the hotel. the walls were paper-thin, so it felt like the neighboring guests were in the same room as me.
